Rx. Astragali Huang Qi 9-30g Tonifies Qi and Blood, strengthens the Spleen, promotes urination, reduces edema and inhibits the growth of cancer cells.
With Dang Shen, for Qi Deficiency with general debility, anorexia, fatigue, tired extremities and spontaneous sweating.
With Bai Zhu, for Spleen Qi Deficiency with weakness, lassitude and loose stools.
With Dang Gui, for Qi and Blood Deficiency with chronic non-healing sores, numbness, painful obstruction and paresthesia.
Rx. Codonopsis Dang Shen 6-14g Tonifies the Middle Jiao, augments Qi and nourishes the Blood.
With Fu Ling, for Spleen and Stomach Deficiency with fatigue, a sensation of fullness in the abdomen, dizziness, lethargy, shortness of breath, anorexia and loose stools or diarrhea.
With Bai Zhu, for Spleen Qi Deficiency with anorexia, loose stools and vomiting.
Poria Fu Ling 9-18g Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness, strengthens the Spleen and inhibits the growth of cancer cells.

With Dang Shen and Bai Zhu, for a weak and deficient Spleen with fatigue, anorexia and loose stools.

Rx. Glycyrrhizae Gan Cao 1.5-14g Tonifies the Spleen, augments Qi, resolves Phlegm, moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs, guides the herbs to all twelve channels and inhibits the growth of cancer cells.
With Dang Shen, for anorexia, fatigue and loose stools due to Spleen Deficiency.

Per. Citri Reticulatae Chen Pi 3-9g Regulates Qi, adjusts the Middle, relieves the diaphragm, dries Dampness and transforms Phlegm.
With Bai Zhu, for anorexia and other symptoms of Damp Obstruction due to Spleen Deficiency.
With Zhi Ban Xia, for a stifling sensation in the chest and coughing with excessive white, viscous sputum due to Phlegm-Damp Obstruction.
Rx. et Rz. Rhei Da Huang 3-15g Drains Heat, purges accumulations, clears Heat, transforms Dampness, promotes urination, invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, eliminates Phlegm and inhibits the growth of cancer cells.
With, Dang Gui, for Blood Stasis.
With Sheng Di Huang, for Deficiency Fire.
With Gan Cao, for vomiting immediately after eating.
Rx. Rehmanniae Sheng Di Huang 5-30g Clears Heat, cools the Blood and nourishes Yin.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 3-15g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, reduces swelling, expels pus, generates flesh and alleviates pain.
Sm. Cassiae Jue Ming Zi 9-15g Clears the Liver Heat, Calms the Liver and anchors Liver Yang.
With Gan Cao, moderates spasms and relieves abdominal pain.
With Chen Pi and Zhi Ban Xia, for Lung and Kidney Yin Deficiency with overflowing water turning to Phlegm, with coughing, wheezing and nausea marked by profuse and salty sputum.
